The close cooperation between development and production departments is an asset in rapidly
implementing development results. Lenord + Bauer invests in production to provide the necessary
capacities. The staff of mostly craftspeople, master craftsmen and technicians are employed in the
manufacture of complex sensors and controls which our production-oriented design and development
processes allow us to produce largely in-house.
In the mechanical production area, precision workpieces are manufactured using modern,
computer-based machines for:
- Milling
- Hobbing
- Turning
- Eroding
- Rolling.
 The necessary infrastructure is also available
for the manufacture and processing of electronic devices and assemblies. This includes facilities
for the following manufacturing operations:
- SMD placement
- Manual component placement
- Termination of cables and connectors.
The specialized experience involved in combining mechanical and electronic components led to the
acquisition and development of various special-purpose machines and tools for:
- Packaging and termination
- Potting
- Micro encapsulation
