Lenord + Bauer has a keen interest in ensuring the security of information processing and the
careful handling of personal data and procedures. We would like to demonstrate to you at this point
how Lenord + Bauer assures the confidentiality of your personal data and respects your right to
informational self-determination.
Confidentiality of personal data
All data collected is treated confidentially in accordance with the data privacy provisions in
force. Our employees are obliged to comply with the German Federal Data Protection Act, to secrecy
and to the proper handling of data processing systems. The technical security precautions we
implement in our data processing systems are state of the art and are updated on a regular basis.
The DP department as well as the data protection commissioner are responsible for the enforcement
of our data protection policies.
Collection and processing of personal data
When you visit our web pages, our web server will by default save the name of your Internet
Service Provider, the web page from which you are visiting us, the web pages you are visiting with
us as well as the date and duration of the visit. This data is only collected for data security
purposes. No other evaluation of the data is performed, except for statistical purposes and then in
anonymous form. Lenord + Bauer uses cookies to understand visitor preferences and to optimize the
web pages using this information. We only use cookies for the duration of your stay on the web
page. In addition, personal data is only stored if you have consented to this.

Lenord + Bauer will inform you in writing on request, whether and which personal data is stored
by us in relation to you. Should incorrect information be stored despite our efforts to ensure that

Your data will only be used with your approval. Should you later decide you are no longer in
agreement with this, please inform us, not subject to any special requirements as regards form, so
that we can lock or delete your data.

The company is involved in the development, production and sale of high-quality sensors and
controllers for motion automation. The collection, processing and use of data are performed
exclusively for fulfilling this purpose.
Description of the affected groups and the associated data or data categories:
Customer data (name, address, possibly order data), employee data (name, address) as well as
supplier data (name, address), provided such data is required to fulfill the intended purpose.
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the information can be made
available:
Public authorities in the case of overriding legal provisions, external contractors in
accordance with §11 BDSG as well as external authorities, internal Lenord + Bauer departments and
Lenord + Bauer dealers for fulfilling the intended purpose.
Standard time periods for deletion of data:
Following expiry of the respective authoritative legal retention period, the relevant data is
deleted routinely if it is no longer required for fulfilling the contract. Data not affected by
this is deleted if the intended purpose no longer applies.
Planned forwarding of data to third countries:
Customer data shall be forwarded if permitted and necessary to foreign Lenord + Bauer units in
the framework of fulfilling the intended purpose. Lenord + Bauer has implemented suitable measures
to ensure that the data will be protected to the same degree as in Germany. |
