About us

The four founding partners have laid the foundations for Lenord + Bauer with forty years of successful work. Today a three-man management team manages the company.

Hans-Georg Wilk,
graduate degree in business administration and economy (Diplom-Ökonom)

Managing Director at Lenord + Bauer since 1996 After studying economics, majoring in business information systems, Hans-Georg Wilk embarked on his professional carrier as Senior Management Assistant at Lenord + Bauer. In 1989 he became Head of Business Administration and was appointed Managing Director in 1996. After enlargement of the top management team in 2009 Hans-Georg Wilk is spokesman of the managing board.

Ulrich Marl,
graduate degree in mechanical engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur)

Managing Director at Lenord + Bauer since 2009 After studying mechanical engineering, majoring in material science, he started his career in 1993 as a business consultant on quality and environmental management. In 2000 Ulrich Marl joined Lenord + Bauer as a quality management and environmental management officer. In 2009 Ulrich Marl became Managing Director being in charge of production.

Burkhard Stritzke,
graduate degree in electrical engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur)

Managing Director at Lenord + Bauer since 2009 Burkhard Stritzke studied electrical engineering. After being a scientific researcher at the Fraunhofer-Institute of micro-electronic circuits and systems in Duisburg he switched to industry. Since 1990 Burkhard Stritzke has been working in the sensor development department at Lenord + Bauer which he later on supervised. In 2009 Burkhard Stritzke became Managing Director being in charge of development.
