Is your school graduation around the corner, and you are planning your future career? Let us help you. At Lenord + Bauer, you can complete your technical or commercial training and select from various fields. People with an Abitur (German high-school diploma, A-Level or equivalent) can furthermore combine their training with subsequent college studies.

Lenord + Bauer offers the following apprenticeship training positions:

• Combined engineering program in Bachelor of Engineering with the addition of Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
  
• Dual apprenticeship in Bachelor of Arts - Business Administration or in Bachelor of Arts - International Management
  
• Dual apprenticeship in Bachelor of Science
• Office Clerk (m/f)
• Industrial Clerk (m/f)
• IT Clerk (m/f)
• Electronics Technician for Systems and Equipment (m/f)
• Cutting Technician (m/f)

Whether technical or commercial, with or without college studies - at Lenord + Bauer, apprentices get an excellent, above-average education, as proven by vocational exam results each year.

As an apprentice, you learn about our company from the ground up as you move through all departments. Integration into the daily business, learning to work on our machinery, regular feedback, close cooperation with vocational schools and a close relationship with your trainers characterize your apprenticeship at Lenord + Bauer.

In addition to mandatory vocational classroom training at schools we offer our apprentices educational opportunities in-house, for example in English or data processing.
