Work hours
Still focusing on customer interests a flex time allows our employees to arrange for individual
work hours within the general time of operation. Overtime can be taken in the form of time off.
Employees may also arrange with their line manager to convert overtime into an unrestricted number
of additional vacation days as long as it does not interfere with regular operations. Should the
need for overtime arise, for example to complete major customer orders, we naturally expect our
employees to be available.

company's profitability that is published to our employees every month. In addition to flexible
vacation and Christmas bonuses, Lenord + Bauer may also pay additional bonuses based on the

Workplace health promotion
Within the workplace health promotion Lenord + Bauer supports amongst others a variety of
employee sporting activities e.g. dragonboating, soccer, jogging and walking.
Lenord + Bauer funds the sporting groups and offers showers and locker rooms. Besides soccer
dragonboating represents a rather exotic activity. According to the company's name the
dragonboating team calls itself the "LeBau Fighters". They exercise on the Rhein-Herne-Waterway
